.ordination.slots

Internal. Harmonizes the access to a DEprot.PCA, a DEprot.PCoA or a DEprot.sPLSDA object, returning the elements needed by the shared plotting helpers under a common set of names.

.ordination.slots(object)

Arguments

object

An object of class DEprot.PCA, DEprot.PCoA or DEprot.sPLSDA.

Value

A list with the elements: coordinates, metadata, importance, axis.prefix, axis.title, positive.axis (NULL for a PCA and a sPLS-DA, a logical vector for a PCoA) and object.class.
